Awesome improvement, and I love the character design. Especially the 1 glowing eye.

One thing that stood out to me is that the part of the wing where the bone would be is as wiggly as the tattered part of the wing below it. That seems uncanny when the creature's body isn't moving. I like the effect on the wing a lot, I would just straighten out the bones.

Really good work here. You're already pretty solid at exaggerating the poses in your keyframes for effect, and your 'tweens show a keen eye for animation. Plays with contrast well. The twirl effect is looking sharp, the wings are basically done there. Color palette/character design/scale draw me in.
