Much healthier to have a vegetable curry side dish and ditch the rice or the naan. The only reason anyone should be eating that much carbs is if they are running a marathon the next day.

I was in Barcelona and everyone was making a fuss of a bloke who had just walked out of the opera house. I didn't know who it was but took a photo of the scene anyway. A year or so later, I saw him on a poster and realised who it was - Placido Domingo!
