Struggling with using Blender's hair curves. Going through a few iterations to try to learn what works for me and what doesn't from some tutorial videos.

I wanted to try out Blender's hair particle system, which means I have to have a UV map, and if I'm UV unwrapping I might as well retopo, and if I'm retopologizing, I might as well...
