The Lower Mills Merchants Association and partners will stage its annual Holiday Stroll in Lower Mills and Milton Village on Sat., Nov. 30 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The popular event includes free trolley rides, open houses at several participating businesses, and a holiday tree lighting at 6:15 p.m.
