But I'm fine. I need a hug but that's it and I'm seeing my therapist this week so I'm gonna tell her about everything. I think she'll understand. I'm still upset. But I'll relax today and be gentle with myself.

It was a bit too much yesterday. I cried a lot and my heart felt so tender. I'm so upset about the two people leaving. My mental health has been so good and I've been so happy everything was stable. Before church I didn't have any friends or anyone. So them leaving made me quite upset+
