Thank you for the post Sofia! Everyone has heard the negative connotations around therapy and I think there is a stigma around it that needs to go. I've seen a lot of influencers talking about the benefits of therapy without needing a particular "reason" to go, and I'm glad people are discussing it!

I really enjoyed reading this! I find that this is overlooked in so many relationships, but I think that calling people out and telling them to hold themselves accountable is so important, and it's good to write about. So many people live in relationships that are toxic as they try to keep up.
