"Surrogacy" is not a thing that can be "earmarked." Paying a woman to use her body to carry a child for someone else is of necessity exploitative and a massive violation of women's autonomy. It is sad that not everyone who wants a biological child can have one, but not everything is solvable.

Nobody "needs" surrogacy. There is no right to a biological child.

In fairness, that isn't how service on DHS works, not that this is any less egregious on a basic functioning legal system level.

It's not just terminology, it's an entirely different legal process through an entirely different department.

Native-born citizens are not naturalized. You can't be denaturalized if you were never naturalized.

Universities have nothing to do with this and no way to prevent or remedy it. This is ICE acting unilaterally.
