karlach!! rowan went well along with her from the start and they became really good friends. they always had each other's back and would spend camp evenings just talking about anything. rowan quickly grew to feel safe around her.

it varies a bit with what kind of rejection it is, but ereldra can take it very badly if she thinks it's something she's done wrong or "failed" at and then been rejected cause of that. "career" rejection is likely the worst for her cause she's so eager to prove herself
