Yes, but it’s weird that I experienced kidney failure for the first time in my life. So, I asked them what is the factor of having it even when I’m healthy and their answers surprised me: Undiagnosed Glomerular Diseases.

Dietician advised me to follow certain diet (i.e low-sodium or bland meals), drinking enough still water and doing light exercise (i.e brisk walk, cycling & swimming). Any kind of medication pills are prohibited as not to strain my kidneys and always relied on remedies instead.

Thanks! I’d been undergone dialysis due to kidney failure which is rare for me to get those disease ever since leading a healthy lifestyle. FYI, I went two times in a week at private hospital as government hospital was overcapacity with too many patients and I’m tired after those treatments.
