Wow. This is wild: the $3Bn NASA grant to Spacex has already been spent, was meant to get the first crew to the moon by Q1 2024. So far they have lifted a banana into the stratosphere and drown it in the Indian Ocean. And then it blew up. www.usaspending.gov/award/CONT_A...
