Willie Nelson's "Stardust" album introduced me to the song "Blue Skies." It was the late 70s, and I was on the brink of adulthood. I took for granted the sun shining so bright. Half a century later, I see those blue skies through the eyes of an old man and recognize they are truly hurrying by.
