I think that is a world wide issue. There are so many poorly designed housing developments being built around where I live now.
I regularly stream Swiss railroad cab view videos, and I see the housing boom happening every time the train passes through any town.

I hosted a panel on fursuit cleaning and care on Saturday afternoon (Albeit I got the time wrong and was 30 minutes late)

So much appreciated. I've seriously considered relocating to the French speaking part of Switzerland or back to Belgium. At least I'll be able to use my second language again.

I have several like that. I spray with 70% alcohol after wearing and occasionally wipe down the inside with a damp cloth. Keep an eye on the cowl, that will be most likely to get gross and dirty, and will need regular cleaning after a few times wearing it.
