Unlikely, but it probably depends on what information has to be gathered by the pharmacist administering the shot in your state. For me here in MO, my CVS has an online form that simply asks if I have one of the risk factors, but their form does not require me to specify which risk factor I have.

My guess is that on top of RFK's mumbo jumbo, prescriptions are necessary in some states because of how the state pharmacy practice laws are written. Do the pharmacists in the state have the authority to prescribe vs. are they required to follow a physician-approved protocol to administer.
