Not a song, but lines from Chapter 18 of Tim O'Brien's "The Things they Carried":
"Daddy, tell the truth," Kathleen can say, "did you ever kill anybody?" And I can say, honestly, "Of course not."
Or I can say, honestly, "Yes."

Northern Ireland is majority Christian, but with a 2021 population of 1,903,175 in NI, Christianity is still <50% in UK as a whole, by 2021/2 census returns:

I'd question the assumption that the UK is even a majority Christian country, given the results of the 2021 England & Wales census wrt religion:

Is her account of the work 'on the menstrual cycles of mice to study transgenderism' another instance of her mischaracterisation of this work?

By "archaic", you mean post-1984? My NI card is literally a piece of lightweight card with my name, address & NI number printed on it.
A credit card-style ID card would be my strong preference. There's a ton of stuff I prefer not to use the smartphone for.

Without regard to race

'Cos until that day
The dream of lasting peace

Will remain but a fleeting illusion to be pursued
But never attained

It's like the mid 20thC surge in Confederate monument construction. Lest folk forget to glorify the white supremacists.
With the added insult to universities & their duty to teach fact in the teeth of far right propagandists, given Kirk's professor watchlist project

I can't find official area of the festival park at Knebworth, but from g**glemaps it looks to be ~20acres; official capacity 125,000. I've been there in a crowd of 60,000, & even that felt like fkton of people. We'd have been much less comfy with 2x as many there.

Here fact-checked: suggestions that Trump lying to congress in private interview, rather than formally & under oath, allowed for no legal sanction. Sen. Grassley correctly said that such interviews were common practice, & Trump legally required to tell the truth ...

I'm not sure SARS-CoV-2 is sufficiently predictable to qualify as 'endemic' (though media & medical commentators have represented it as such), & it's certainly not stable.

Of course, it's still better to get long term immunity to measles by vaccination, since measles infection also causes significant, even severe, immune dysfunction:

According to the BHF, the public access defibrillators were designed to be used without any training, they issue spoken instructions, & don't allow you to shock anyone who doesn't need it.
Idiot-proof, if you don't count the idiots who hide them in cupboards.

England doesn't have "draconian" gun laws, nor does London have a higher murder rate than NYC. Crime stats vary month to month, & there were a couple of months a few years ago where London had a couple more murders than NYC.

The fact that the security assurances explicit in 1994's *Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances* have been violated by Russia since their invasion of Crimea, resisted by various US legislators, & dishonoured by the US under Trump, doesn't mean they weren't provided in the Memorandum.

If I lied on a CV, I'd lose my job. Kennedy should expect to lose his at the very least; the False Statements Act makes it a crime to “knowingly and willfully” give a false statement, written or verbal, to federal government, whether or not it's given under oath.

EU issues undeliverable promise to provide TACO cover for his latest climb-down on tariffs. If anybody reminds him about the $600bn later, he can just point to the current $2.8trillion of private investment in US from EU & pretend it's in there.

One concern was that childhood immunisation would shift burden of disease to adults, who are more likely to die from primary infection. Of course, we've routinely underestimated the extent to which kids are hospitalised as a result of chickenpox infection.
As for herd immunity against shingles:

The JCVI are of the same opinion, which is why its inclusion in the routine vax schedule was recommended in 2023. So the advice is, as per your link:

AFAIK, the reason chickenpox vaccine isn't on the routine vax list is that they just haven't yet got around to enacting JCVI's recommendation published Nov'23.
Evidence from other countries is that protecting kids with Cpox vax doesn't increase incidence of adult shingles.
