Earlier this year, Georgia enacted a law that largely criminalizes charitable bail activities. We (ICAP + ACLU-GA) represent a nonprofit and 2 church volunteers challenging the law. We obtained a PI, which we defended in a brief filed last week. www.law.georgetown.edu/icap/our-wor...
