Many people don’t know this about coffee The green coffee cherries were mistakenly harvested before they were ready to sow. Only the red cherries are fully mature and ready.
We carefully separated them to protect quality

The new Eco Youths Network Uganda (EYNUG) logo shows a green tree with visible white roots growing in brown soil, set against a green landscape and a yellow sunrise symbolizing hope and sustainability. The circular logo is bordered in green and white with the words “ECO YOUTHS NETWORK UGANDA” on top and “EMPOWERING YOUTH, SUSTAINING THE FUTURE” at the bottom. This updated version corrects several design errors from the previous logo after community feedback and was carefully edited by Gus.

Our first field visit with Roland we saw how farmers live with climate challenges He faces droughts, then hevy rains that upset the land’s balance Some parts of garden are green others are struggling he told us he irrigates every two days just to keep crops alive This is the reality of climate chang
A small permaculture garden with young green vegetables growing in red dry soil, protected by fences made of local sticks. Despite the drought conditions, the garden is kept alive through regular irrigation every two days, showing resilience and creativity in farming under climate challenges.
