Stir-fry some eggplant and tomatoes well in a pan (stir in some dried herb and salt). In w/ rice. After cooking a little more, add boiling water, add soup cubes and stir. Put the lid on, cook until the rice is done. And, tadaa #plant-based #プラントベース
