Congrats to doctoral student Theresa Morris. Her grant to “Develop[ing] Molecular Tools for Demographics and Distribution of Galveston Bay Estuary System Sea Turtles” was funded by Galveston Bay Estuary Program this month.

This week I was honored to receive the Regents Professor Award- the highest honor bestowed by @TAMU to faculty.

A pleasant Thanksgiving surprise . Our work on shark ecomechanics, which integrates bite performance with trophic ecology using stable isotopes, was officially published - a solid ecomorphological piece of work.
