I am also seeing benefit from LDN, I have reached 5 mg. And want to titrate it further up. 6 mg Rapamycin gave me severe reaction after 11 weeks of usage. Scared to try GLP-1, but jardiance didn't help at all so why will GLP-1 work on me.

Below 5 mg you won't loose weight & GI issues should not happen,but I was told it will bring down the inflammation.This is the secondary uasge of low dose GLp-1 drugs but of course we will know more about this usage by next year.So fingers crossed. I also lost weight this year & in same boat as you.

Did Rapamycin work for you?

I am taking 6 mg per week, I took 4th dosage yesterday so far only side effects, no improvement in LC

I am having side effects from rapamycin so it is early to say if it will help. Meanwhile read the long covid articles by Dr Murphy on substack, doctormurphy.substack.com he explained the usage of rapamycin and hiv drug for LC

Please get a mitoswab test done for mitochindria dysfunction. I have the same symptoms, just started Rapamycin last week. This medicine is my hope now

After 2 years i got diagnosed with mitochondrial dysfunction. that explains my chronic fatigue. High doses of antioxidants can bring reversal of Mito dys. I have some hope now.
