Yeah, I landed on D3K2, A, Glucosamine/Chondrotin, plus ferrous sulfate. I take normal stuff like a daily vitamin as well. I’m very active so I narrowed it down to what could help to refuel and protect my body.

I had to find the right vitamins that worked to get my daily stamina going. I think I finally hit the right mix. Getting something good to help you sleep also works wonders. But I think unfortunately age plays a part. At least for me it is. 😁

The rails fell off for Texas in the 6th. Hit by pitch scored a run then a wild pitch scored another. They finally put Kavan in after. I think I’m not watching until the 6th or 7th. My anxiety is too high 😆
