I've missed a ferry due to bus being delayed on brougham. And I'm keen to see if there will be improved public transport to Rolleston, given the population growth. Currently it's that fast motorway into a screeching halt

I live near diamond harbour. If you like a walk the cliff track is great.
There's often cricket on the green and you can watch from soul cafe or the bar.
It'll be high tide, you can park almost directly on purau beach.
If the weather is a bit average stay Lyttleton side, it's pretty outdoorsy

I'm wondering whether the 9yo is old enough to watch it.... Either way im watching it this weekend.
