In most corps, instead of finding true waste, all they do is fire people esp the ones making good money & who have worked the longest. Leaving double/triple the work for who remains. Within a year, re-hiring at cheaper rates.

Also, historically speaking, class warfare what is going on and the humongously rich are winning because the ✉️ poor doesn't think a Black person's is equal, smarter, or more equipped then they are. Even worse they think they will be rich and that rich people are smarter. 🤦🏾
