Giving an ungrateful person more just makes them even more ungrateful (a.k.a. miserable).

You don't stop a person from taking something for granted by giving them more of it.

You don't stop someone from taking things for granted by giving them even more to take for granted.

You do NOT have the right to anyone else's body or labor, nor to the fruits of their labor.

Each person owns their own body, their own labor, and the fruits of their own labor, and the only way you can rightfully and legitimately get any of it from them is via their consent, i.e. without violence.

Have you ever read The Boy Who Cried Wolf?

If you do not go above and beyond to give the benefit of the doubt, do not exercise the Philosophical Principle of Charity, or rush to call political opponents Nazis or racist or such, then you thereby help Nazis and racists.

For Christmas, I wish freedom for all.

Political freedom (a.k.a. self-government and non-violence) would be great, but I'm really talking about spiritual freedom (a.k.a. self-discipline) and free-spirited inner peace (a.k.a. true happiness).

Sail free & happy, my friends! And Merry Christmas!

If you do it but you could choose to not do it, then, by definition, it isn't something you must do. Rather, it's something you are choosing to do.

In contrast, if it is something that is truly out of your control (i.e. it will happen no matter what you do), then it's not something you are doing.

Theft (including non-consensual taxation) is a form of slavery.

The effect is the same whether (1) you violently force someone to work for you so you can keep the fruits of their labor vs (2) you wait for them to do the work on their own and then violently steal the fruits of their labor.

Once the insults, ad hominems, & personal attacks start, the debate has been won.

People with a point worth hearing won't dress it up in insults, ad hominems, rudeness or vulgarity.

Insults are compliments because haters only hate up. People don't try to tear down people they see as beneath them.
