9. Boimler should have shaved his beard at the end of the finale because ultimately having one was about imitating some one else in order to be successful and the thrust of his story was learning that he needed to make his own choices to succeed.

8. The musical episode of SNW doesn't hold up, and it didn't take advantage of what the medium could offer. 🫣

7. I don't like Miles O'Brien in DS9 and find his irritable Irishman bit grating and any story involving jealousy re: his relationship with Keiko not worth watching. I liked him better as the affable transporter chief in TNG.

6. T'Lyn and Rutherford were basically ignored during season 5 unless it served one of the other three's stories, and it was weird. Their own stories were rushed or absent.

Worf's best episodes highlight how his romanticized view of Klingon culture conflicts with its messy reality, and he is far more influenced by his human upbringing than he would ever care to admit.

Discovery didn't know what to do with Stamets or Culber after season 1, and every attempt to give them more story was awkward.

TNG's writers never gave Geordi his due as a character, and he was carried by LeVar Burton's performance and charisma.

"The Inner Light" is an okay episode at best.

1. Lower Decks is a fantastic entry point to the franchise, and the one I'd recommend for anyone leery of the sheer volume of Trek.

I took an aerial rope class for the first time in about two years and survived. It was good to be in the air again 🥹

Do people consider this is simply not the kind of play you engage in with a stranger? Also then *I* would have to be up all night, and that is certainly not happening...

Airports are so dull by comparison. Gimme beautiful architecture whisking me off on a journey by rail.
