This milk order was there for YEARS. Why nobody else took action? I believe its cruise control.

It took me 1 week to convince everyone this has to change, and 1 survey to find out that actually 70% of the people in the office actually don't even drink dairy milk. At all. With most of the employees preferring almond milk.

Example: I work in an office and we have a weekly delivery of milk that used to be 3 cartons of whole and 3 cartons of skimmed. By the end of the week whole milk went bad because nobody drank it, skimmed milk ran out. From time to time people were complaining to each other, but not to HR

Because you have to be deprived of autopilot to be able to voice your concern, demand change and get shit done in the end

Less than an hour after asking my colleagues not to throw paper towels in the recycling bin in a big office meeting, there were 2 paper towels in the said bin.

Next to the pile of boxes is a bunch of smoothies. "Do you know what's in the smoothies?" you ask the HR lady who ordered everything. "I don't know" she says. "Do you know if there's dairy in it?" is your next question. "I don't know, but you can call the place this came from and ask!" she smiles.
