I believe certain French political scientists saw this coming when they came up with theories of 'Insécurité culturelle' (Cultural Insecurity) especially when it comes to a certain already self-denigrating / precarious white working class voterbase.

The crosstabs are certainly fascinating! Shoutout to Reform having the lowest Libertarian support in spite of seemingly having the loudest libertarian ideologues. I suspect this comes from the sheer discrepancy between it's leaders/wealthier supporters and the actual working class base's interests.

One of many examples of how distinct a niche Reform is, and why Tory leaders pivoting to Reform voters is such a bad idea for their future.
