Hey there! I’m a freelance writer who explores how stories connect us: in work, creativity, and the small moments in between.

If you’ve ever stared at a blank page and thought: “Maybe it’s not the page that’s empty,” this space might be for you.

So, welcome. Let’s talk stories.
November didn’t fix my fears. But it did show me where my quiet strength lives.
Finding the Light in Darkness
As the days grow shorter and doubt creeps in, I try to find sense and motivation to stop the darkness from winning.

Freelance myth: you need to sound loud to be seen.

Freelance truth: sincerity carries further than shouting.

Slow trust > fast noise.

Just finished a blog post about what’s probably my favorite film of 2025.

It’s loud, messy, and absolutely not everyone’s cup of tea.

Yet I think its director is onto something. Dropping a little before Christmas. #FilmSky

After watching The Blackcoat’s Daughter again, I’m convinced some horror films aren’t meant to scare, but to haunt you into admitting something you've been avoiding.

What film did that to you? #FilmSky

Genuine question for fellow creatives:

When you're building something new (a rhythm, a life, a craft), how do you balance patience with urgency?

I’m still learning to trust the slow burn.

I wrote about my own uneasy truce with failure: what it taught me, what it took from me, and how I’m learning to walk beside it instead of running away. #FearofFailure #Writing
Owning the Fear of Failure — Blog Post
Fear of failure holds us back more than failure itself. In this essay, I explore how embracing failure can unlock growth, resilience, and a fuller life.

Been quiet here. Sometimes the world asks more from you than the internet.

Back to words, ideas, and the slow craft of observing again. One quiet line at a time.

How's your week going?

Rewatched Before Sunset recently.

Two people walking and talking for 80 minutes: no explosions, no villains, no stakes except connection.

Maybe that’s what real storytelling is: not trying to impress, but trying to reach.
One Trilogy to Save them All — Blog Post
Some trilogies conquer galaxies, and others just ask you to sit, listen, and feel. The Before trilogy belongs to the latter.

I’ve been thinking: what if creativity isn’t about having ideas, but about trusting the moment you finally decide one is enough?

When do you usually know a piece of work is “done”?

"Why do you want to write?", many people ask. "AI can do it for you."

I could answer they could eat junk food three times a day instead of cooking. But I wrote this instead.

Because AI can’t replace human emotion.
Writing in the age of AI - Blog Post
AI seems inevitable, but the need for authentic storytelling will always trump the urge for fast-digesting content.
