Theres a tool called lutris that works for launching those, but tbh i found it somewhat painful to set up and customize when trying to run Black Flag.

Im running Fedora (Bluefin) with my Nvidia GPU and have only encountered a couple games that run subpar.

Your results may vary though, as I don't play many games with anticheat.
