The Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Energy Regulator (CNSOER) has launched a Call for Information on offshore wind. Open until January 13, 2026 - public feedback invited on Wind Energy Areas, bid criteria and draft license terms.

On May 29th, NB’s Bill 19—An Act Respecting the Right to a Healthy Environment— heads to 2nd reading and debate. It affirms present and future generations of New Brunswickers have a right to a healthy environment. We call on MLAs to support the Bill and advance it to committee for review.
