Flat faced front is called cab over and we have them in USA as i still see them around. Other semi with nose have various length. Short, med or long depending on horsepower I guess.

I suggest checking out C-SPAN website for previous admins meeting with head of states in the oval room with press. Yesterday was a Ambush but the admin humliated themselves.

Yesterday was not a typical as in other admins like Biden, Obama, Bush or Clinton. This Admin (in his first or 2nd terms) tends to be different than all other previous Admin. All previous admins, it is brief like telling the press what the agenda would be and little QandA then usher press out.
