A clock moves 2*pi radians in 12 hours -> pi/6 radians per hour
Treating 12 o’clock as my reference, 9 o’clock would be 3/2*pi radians
Applying the same logic, 3*(pi - 0.14) would be pi*(pi - 0.14)/2 radians
The difference between the two angles would be your error: approx. 0.0025 radians!

Thanks! I was definitely exaggerating here, just the amount of reckless drivers out there is crazy. Defensive driving FTW

Here is footage of the tornadoes/dancing vortices while the TTU-Ka LIFT teams were deployed. The dust acted as a great tracer! youtu.be/a0UCVFjckMU?...

Next up, the main tornado translated through Ka1's RHI plane, resulting in this series of RHI scans depicting the tornado's core and outbound/inbound sides. This is between 3-4 km away from the radar. 2/2.

Also, we saw a multi vortex dust devil on our drive to Amarillo but were unable to get a picture/video 😞

That’s super sad. I volunteered there over the summer of 2022 and it was an incredible experience for all of us volunteers. It’s a huge shame other students now can’t get that opportunity
