I have no idea who to trust or what information to believe. Calling reps & politicians won't do sh*t because my vote is already locked in and they gerrymandered into safely elected seats. Help me fight this helpless feeling

Invest efforts in smaller, local, community building. Prioritize the personal relationship building with those who you love & support and reciprocate.
