EBSCO will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday 9th January at 11AM, which they expect to complete in about 2 hours. During this time, users may lose access to EBSCO ebooks for approximately 10 minutes. Access should be automatically restored once the maintenance work is complete.

The issue accessing content from off-campus on 'ACLS Humanities', and other platforms that use Fulcrum seems to be fixed.

Users may currently experience access issues if trying to access content on the Fulcrum platform (this sits behind publisher / supplier sites such as ACLS Humanities, Biblio, BAR and University of Michigan Fund To Mission). On-campus access and via Shibboleth is working normally.

We believe that the following ebooks platforms are recovering; JSTOR, EBSCOhost, T&F and BorrowBox, although access may continue to be patchy today.

Good morning. We are aware that selective ebooks platforms are down. These include JSTOR, EBSCOhost, Taylor & Francis and BorrowBox (audiobooks). We believe that a major contributing factor is the disruption to Amazon Web Services, health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

Ebooks on the BiblioRossica platform are currently unavailable. Users can only read the first part of a book, after which they see an error message blocking access. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have reported the issue to BiblioRossica and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

AccessMedicine (Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine Online) users who have created personal Access Profiles on the platform will need to ensure that their Access Profile has a valid email listed before Oct 14th. Please see our blog for more info.
