For diet, I recommend starting the day with a big protein heavy breakfast and focus getting your nutrients in the first half of your day, and do lighter meals in the evenings with your carbs. Your metabolism better absorbs nutrients in the earlier half of the day.

Now to keep the pressure up. Every win earned is another step forward, but we cannot afford to let the momentum drop. Inertia over the past few decades is what got us into this mess.

This is why we need to build communal production and take business out of their hands. The more we can do for ourselves, the less we have to rely on their rigged wealth system.
