Thanks, Michael. This is so true. I kick myself daily for not buying something in 2018. Paying rent in Boise right now is so painful and buying a house now is totally unrealistic. It feels really destabilizing.

Obviously you need to use your best judgement but just traveled with someone with an x passport out of country last week and back in yesterday with no issues. It was really stressful thinking we may have issues though, so I understand the fear and frustration!
