You're weird. I have absolutely nothing against building homes, and affordable homes all across this city. I am in favour of building within the capacity of the infrastructure that supports it. Work on the plan to support the residents of that development and surrounding if they want it.

If they're going to build that many units into there, they seriously need to upgrade access, infrastructure and public transit. I have no idea how 3000 people are going to come and go from there daily, 26 ave has no access to Crowchild, 33/RR already backed up, 17th poor access all residential roads

I'd love if Alberta would also cancel it's tax increase on alcohol coming April 1
