I've been giving out ramen and candy this year and ramen has been crazy popular with the kids

I got an ergonomic sideways/vertical mouse years ago and I can't do without them anymore. If I use a straight mouse it hurts my wrist. I'm convinced it's saved me from getting carpel tunnel.

And I always caveat my advice with that it worked for me and my scenario but might or might not be the best fit for this other person/scenario. (I like to explain the reasons why my advice worked in my scenario so that someone can see if that advice works for their own scenario (or not)).

That's why my advice is never binary and it always leads with "it depends" for that exact reason. No one advice works for all scenarios and there's so many variables at play depending on the company, the type of game, the person's situation, privileges/marginalizations, etc
