And the other thing that is plain to see is that the first shooter directly observed the pistol being removed from the victim and in effect waited for it to be away before executing him. He *knew* he was unarmed.

Guess what? If a car is coming at you from a foot away, shooting the driver does not brake the car, and if you know it’s headed your way, it’s the same a guaranteeing the car won’t get stopped. There’s no self-defense in that move.
