Artic Awakening - Firewatch meets Sci-fi! Traverse national-park-like environments while chatting with your floating robot companion (with some walkie-talkie action as well). Excited by this combination and looking forward to discovering this game's take on 'choose your own adventure'

Centum - a dark and ominous puzzle-based point-and-click. While the narrative is surreal and obscure, it is equally as gripping. Amazing pixel art. Pushes you to experiment with both the narrative and the levels to start unravelling the meaning behind the madness.

Haste: Broken Worlds is an incredibly satisfying and addictive movement-based racing game with a rougelite structure and an energizing soundtrack. Rocket through rolling hills of fantasy landscapes, timing your landings as the world collapses behind you. One more run, quite literally in this case!

The atmosphere in The Lightkeeper is Gone is palpable, eery yet peaceful. Its explorable island and grounded gamification of lighthouse-keeping create a great sense of place. Then the gothic and psychological horror kick in. Top it off with a PSX and Obra Dinn-esque art style. Loved it!

Jitter's thrust-based spaceship movement and minimalist 2D art style are a beautiful veil for the depth of its simulated systems. Explore space and dock at stations. Attach new modules. Manage your vitals and crew. The atmosphere is tied together by the music, which instantly reminded me of Alien.

Up front, Wanderstop is an incredibly charming cosy game that doesn't want to rush you. Enjoy the phenomenal soundtrack while you peacefully cultivate plants and brew tea. But, Wanderstop also looks to be pushing beyond genre norms and exploring deeper themes, like burnout. Releases next week!

Fretless is a joy to play! The music, art, and gameplay have been infused with an infectious energy and charm, the result of which was the huge grin I had the entire time I was playing. I love the incredibly satisfying rhythm-based twist on deck-building action-adventure. Can't wait for this one!
