What did CPB arrest him for?

It doesn't help that two of the guys who worked for Bush on Bush v Gore were rewarded with Supreme Court seats.

Patent law firms call people about to earn their PhDs and offer to pay them handsomely to go to law school.

It's crazy that large organizations don't train on the job or make deals with schools or better advertise their tuition reimbursement schemes.

Where was it? I saw a reference to that , but it linked to TikTok, which I don't use.

They were heavily restrained legally in Illinois, which is probably the real reason they left.

Citizen filming was integral to that, as was clergy putting themselves in the front of peaceful protests.

Just looked it up - apparently the ban was voluntary! I had no idea.

It looks like the restriction is that the audience has to be 75%+ over 21.

I don't know if CBP will be as messy as they've been in Chicago, but the optics are going to be something else when it's the blonde girls and boys in pink shorts yelling at them in South End.

Also, the mayor is a Black woman.

She plays very, very well with the Finance/ country club Republicans down here, but we know what people in the White House think of accomplished Black women, especially politicians.

And it shouldn't be advertised. You can't have TV ads for liquor, but you can say BET ON THIS NOW in the middle of a game.

She's giving Republicans a way to articulate to themselves why they it's OK to get off the Trump train.

It's the inverse of those "Trump lower prices/ Kamala higher prices" signs that gave normalish Rs an excuse to do what they wanted to do - vote with their team - despite knowing better.

Years ago I saw a documentary about Intercepted satellite feeds. A found art thing

One clip was of Clinton on Larry King, when they were off air. King said let me know what I can do for you, and Clinton looked away, vaguely acknowledged he was being spoken to, and just refused to engage.

When I moved out on my own in the mid-late 90s, I had a roommate who moved in her junkie BF, we rarely ate out, except maybe a slice of pizza, had no cell phones. We did go out to bars most weeks, but rarely got drunk. You couldn't even hail a cab in Brooklyn then. We bought used clothes and CDs.

It won't dent the monthly bills as much as you'd think because of amortization.

$2,500 a month will feel awfully cheap in 45 years, but not as cheap as $0, of course.
