Big news for bike/walk/roll folks in Blacksburg: speed limits downtown are dropping to 20 (even 15!) mph this spring. One of the streets is where I was hit while biking, so this feels personal. Slower speeds = safer streets.

Spent a lot of Lobby Day thinking about how, theoretically, accessible legislators and their staffers are to the general public, what a privilege that is, and how my hope for the future is that stays the same (or increases!). Weird time to be in DC but incredibly thankful for the opportunity.
