I doubt that there is an actual plan. The vibe from the press conference seems totally unhinged. A very bad day for the global order when whoever can attack another with whatever without consequenses..

I think there is still room for improvement, the C2 of the assault companies can go as well. Totally unnecessary to keep all that overhead intact. Strive for 95-100% and keep going!

I see that the CO was a MCCC graduate. Cuz when you can't fit in any more tactical symbols or lines you know you did well...jeez.

Sounds to me it's a win-win for both. He scores clout and the research get's the money. You should only dive deeper in the financial scheme to find hidden earnings from all the clout like adds, sponserships and product placements etc..
