And he DID talk about it. His explanation and discussion of it was a big, beautiful (see what I did there?) middle finger to the network and to Carr. Check it out in addition to the interview.

I always loved that classic Jerry high note on the pedal steel and even having heard this song a bazillion times, I don't think I've heard it live, so seeing them tweak the harmonies live and Stills's tasty little licks put a big smile on my face.

I should know this. I wonder if states can create privacy laws restricting such information sharing. Once TT has it, it's going to DHS for sure, but CA has a pretty strong privacy law akin to GDPR in Europe. That would set up another interesting jurisdictional conflict.

Headline says "Thousands." Article says "tens of thousands across the country." (Article was written before the actual event). Front page of NYT has no article, 1 little pic and story on p. 19. Nothing on their web site (that I can see). Looking for actual reporting on the protests. Lame azz media!

So, after seeing this I started searching for how best to support Ukraine. I know folks are cutting back, but this seems most promising: u24.gov.ua/about. Maybe the US gov't won't give them money, but the people can.

I actually thought this was the WaPo cancelling my subscription because of my reply 😅🤣. Too late, Suckers! You can't fire me! I quit!

Except opinion pieces in the WaPo will now just be about personal liberties and free markets (www.cnn.com/2025/02/26/m...). Oh yeah, that's the point here, isn't it. I'm guessing they won't have their WH press access revoked or denied.

I have to say, these Iggles are such a likable team. They seem like good guys overall in addition to, you know, really good. Go birds.

Slight tech correction. As gov't employees they're also legally liable. As state employees, we're personally subject to penalties in fed. data privacy laws. eg. state employees are freaked out by $ penalties in HIPAA, hence are VERY vigilant about it. I assume it's the same for fed. employees?

And, aside from this administration's obvious racism, they're threatening legal action against people who publish the names of the ~20 year olds who are marching to Musk's bidding and illegally taking over US AID servers. R's evidently have no sense of irony.

IIRC, you can request an extension to file, but you still have to pay your tax liability by 4/15. Otherwise the IRS will levy penalties on the unpaid amount when you do file. And it seems Musk "deleted" free e-filing (although I haven't actually read the articles on that so I could be wrong)
