This mornings run took me out to the Musselburgh Lagoons where I saw these swans on the River Esk. It’s gonna be a hot day in Scotland. I lost over 1kg of body weight through sweating. Stay hydrated folks!

I saw lots of Grey Herons standing around in Lochend Park on this mornings run. It felt like I’d stumbled into a secret Ghibli movie and the herons were waiting for a cat bus to turn up

End result was pretty darn good even if I say so myself. Kinda like a garlicky leek and potato soup. 8/10 would make again.
