DEI policy was created so "LESS QUALIFIED" people were not hired over "MORE QUALIFIED", people due to gender, race, disability, etc. So all this "MERITOCRACY" talk is BS, because DEI IS MERITOCRACY! They're using the it to hide their RACISM, PATRIARCHY, ABLEISM, or any other discrimination they have
