The norm was the duty crew watching porn on duty nights and hearing comments about being a female pilot but I can't even imagine how seeing a swastika (given the current crackdown on antisemitism in this country) or a noose could not be more than "potentially divisive"..... come on......

It was far from perfect when there were maybe 30 female pilots of 1000 pilots but I guess we are going back to when men were made of steel and boats were made of wood.....as the saying goes. And all the men made of steel were white - the unsaid part.

The CG has always had issues with not looking like the population both by race and sex. tinyurl.com/5n82eppc- (2021). It really embarrasses me , a retired, female aviator, to say I served in the CG for 22 years.
