Corythosaurus! This bad boy. In the elaborate stories I made up with my dinosaur models, the Corythosaurus and the Parasaurolophus were dating, and they were both my favorites. 😂

I always try to donate to a native American organization on Thanksgiving. Usually I give to DigDeep, but this year I wanted to donate to a charity that supported education, so I picked Partnership With Native Americans after a little research.

So much salad...
A huge salad, unmixed. It's so big it's completely filling our largest pot. Behind it are empty Tupperware containers that I used to transport the salad. The salad, mixed to show all the different colors of vegetables. Two bottles of dressing are beside it. It's still huge. A Thanksgiving plate. String bean casserole, mashed sweet potato with marshmallows, big salad, cornbread stuffing, rice pilaf, and roast chicken.

Today four of us gathered at a friend's house to chop up a massive salad, divide it between three household Thanksgiving celebrations, and clean up afterwards. It was glorious and so much fun. I hope it can become a tradition.
Two people working on chopping up vegetables for salad. One is using a mandolin to cut beets, the other is putting chopped golden beets into a bowl. There is a third bowl with celery, and a cutting board and knife ready to cut more celery. The fully cut vegetable spread. Celery, celery root, broccoli, cauliflower, turnips, radishes, all colors of bell peppers, roasted squash, carrots, and three types of beets, all in separate bowls. A person in the center of the table is starting to mix them all together. This is exactly the same as the previous photo except this one has the person in the middle lifting up a bowl to scoop stuff. An action shot. My part of the big salad haul. Four big stuffed Tupperwares bursting with vegetables. There is also a pill bottle for scale. (it's a lot of vegetables.)

The character "Nyanko-sensei" from Natsume Yuujinchou/Natsume's Book of Friends. He is a white very round cat with a stripe down his back that is half orange and half gray.
