My therapist said he admires how clearly, firmly, and kindly I communicate in my emails.

Therapy is cool and fun and sometimes hard and uncomfortable but also so very worth it and everyone should really have access to a therapist if they want/need it.

January started off hard but is ending on a big positive note. Just signed a lease for a gorgeous house and I'll finally be able to set up a home studio! Dreams do come true 😭
