The uni free sch meals is interesting for me as a Gov, I was looking into it, as so many economic eligible don’t take it up for diff reason, but non-eco eligible families do opt in as they don’t get 💰support in sch. The difference between income & cost from caterers = sch have to fund £35k per yr!

Also lovely to hear your love for early years it really is where the magic happens, I would recommend some of my favourites to look up Vivian Gussin Paley story telling curriculum and Magda Gerber
