Favorite tradition: My father used to say "Good to be together" right after the prayer. He passed in 2003. To this day 30+ family members say it in unison after prayer.
Food thankful for: Gravy. I love good gravy.

I subscribe to CookUnity for my 86 year old mother. As a backup to put some meals in her freezer for nights when one of us doesn't take her out or make her something else. Fine in a pinch, they taste good and much, much cheaper than this place. There is a Wonder near me in Holbrook. Not trying it.

They have centralized "factory kitchens" where all the meals are pre-cooked and packaged for final cooking in ovens, stovetops or fryers at the Wonder locations. They say they don't freeze or microwave anything, but I dunno....seems like a brick and mortar version of many meal delivery services.

They "partner" with a bunch of actual restaurants (most with celebrity executive chefs) and they have several approved items for each that they do an imitation of...like a Di Fara Sicilian slice or a steak from Bobby Flay Steak. Only for takeout and delivery. High prices/inferior product. Beware.
